ImportSideConversationEvents
Imports events to an existing side conversation.
Stored Procedure-Specific Information
Zendesk allows only a small subset of columns to be used in the EXEC query. These columns can typically only be used with the = comparison. This operation is allowed for logged-in users with the "agent" role.
For example:
INSERT INTO SideConversationEventsMessageTo#temp (Email) VALUES ('[email protected]')
INSERT INTO SideConversationEventsMessage#temp (Subject, Body, FromEmail, To) VALUES ('Sub', 'xyz', '[email protected]', 'SideConversationEventsMessageTo#temp')

This can also be executed by specifying the SideConversationEvents as a JSON array. For example:
