Tableau Version Support

The connector supports Tableau Desktop 2020.1 or later and Tableau Prep 2020.4.1 or later. Versions between 2020.1 and 2020.3 of Tableau Desktop are supported via the legacy connector file (cdata.zendesk.legacy.taco) and versions 2020.3 and higher are supported using the modern connector file (cdata.zendesk.taco).

For older versions of Tableau, use the CData ODBC Driver for Zendesk or the CData JDBC Driver for Zendesk to connect.

Zendesk Version Support

The connector models entities in the Zendesk v2 API (Core API) as relational tables. The Core API enables access to tickets, user management, and searches, among other entities.
