CommentLikeStatus
Returns the like status of WordPress comments for the current user, including whether each comment has been liked.

The cmdlet uses the WordPress API to process some of the filters.
- CommentId supports the '=' comparison.
The cmdlet processes other filters client-side within the cmdlet.
For example, the following queries are processed server side.
