Teams

Query, create, update and delete teams.

Table Specific Information

Select

  • Id supports the '=' operator.
  • Name supports the '<=,<,=,!=,>,>=,CONTAINS' operator.
The driver uses the Act! CRM API to process search criteria that refer to the supported fields. The driver processes other filters client-side within the driver. For example, the following queries are processed server side:
SELECT * FROM Teams WHERE Id = '12345'
SELECT * FROM Teams WHERE Name = 'Sales Team'

Insert

To insert a team, you must specify the Name, Description, and the roster of member users.

INSERT INTO Teams (Name, RosterAggregate, Description) VALUES ('abc11', '[{\"id\": \"61a2c8b3-c52c-46ff-bb19-f26cad89c621\"}]', 'desc')

Update

Any column where ReadOnly=False can be updated. Specify the Team Id when updating a team.

UPDATE Teams SET Name = 'def update', RosterAggregate = '[{\"id\": \"e78644b3-2018-411c-a0a6-878a449b6067\"}]', Description = 'update' WHERE Id = 'ec8ba34a-9c30-42c5-b98e-f0a45185b79e'

Delete

Teams can be deleted by providing an Id and issuing a DELETE statement.

DELETE FROM Teams WHERE Id = '4eabb33c-49f5-49ae-a8e0-c91291e76194'
