Subdivisions
Retrieves the list of subdivisions given country code.
View-Specific Information
Select
This view is backed by the SAP Concur Localities v5 API, which does not expose an endpoint that returns every country subdivision. A query against Subdivisions must therefore filter on either the Code or the Country column.
The add-in uses the SAP Concur APIs to process filters that refer to Code or Country. The add-in processes other filters client-side within the add-in.
For example, the add-in offloads the processing of the following queries to the SAP Concur APIs:
SELECT * FROM Subdivisions WHERE Code = 'US-TX'
SELECT * FROM Subdivisions WHERE Country = 'US'
Aggregate Columns
SAP Concur returns the localized names and resource links of a subdivision as JSON arrays that preserve each element's structure. The add-in exposes these arrays as string columns that carry the raw JSON payload:
- NamesAggregate: JSON array of the localized subdivision names. Each element carries the name and its langCode.
- URIAggregate: JSON array of the resource links. Each element carries the rel and the href.
Columns
| Name | Type | References | Description |
| Code [KEY] | String | The ISO 3166-2 country subdivision code. Example: US-WA | |
| NamesAggregate | String | JSON aggregate of the localized names of the subdivision. Each element carries the name and the language code (langCode). | |
| IsActive | Boolean | Indicates whether the subdivision is active. | |
| Country | String | The 2-letter ISO 3166-1 code of the country that the subdivision belongs to. Example: US | |
| URIAggregate | String | JSON aggregate of the links that reference the subdivision resource. Each element carries the relation (rel) and the URI (href). |
