The cmdlet only routes HTTP traffic through the proxy server specified in this connection property when ProxyAutoDetect is set to False.

If ProxyAutoDetect is set to True (the default), the cmdlet instead routes HTTP traffic through the proxy server specified in your system proxy settings.
