View-Specific Information
Select
The server uses the GitHub API to process WHERE clause conditions that are built with the following columns and operators.
- CommittedDate supports the =, >=, >, =, <, <= comparison operators.
- OwnerLogin supports the =, IN comparison operators.
When querying RepositoryCommits, applying the following filters are recommended to improve query efficiency:
- BranchName supports the =, IN comparison operators.
- RepositoryName supports the =, IN comparison operators.
For example, the following queries are processed server-side:
SELECT * FROM [RepositoryCommits]
SELECT * FROM [RepositoryCommits] WHERE [CommittedDate] = '2023-01-01 11:10:00'
SELECT * FROM [RepositoryCommits] WHERE [BranchName] = 'Val1'
SELECT * FROM [RepositoryCommits] WHERE [RepositoryName] = 'Val1'
SELECT * FROM [RepositoryCommits] WHERE [OwnerLogin] = 'Val1'
The server processes other filters client-side within the server.
