Issue: PerfWatson2 is Blocking the Extension Installer
If you receive an error stating that PerfWatson2.exe is blocking the installation, perform the following steps and retry:- Open the Windows Task Manager.
- If the Task Manager only displays the names of programs with no further information, click More details.
- On the Processes tab, locate "PerfWatson2.exe" in the Name column.
- Right-click "PerfWatson2.exe" and select End task.
- Close the Task Manager and retry the extension installation.
Issue: Components Missing from SSIS Toolbox
If you do not see the CData components, ensure that the CData Salesforce Marketing Cloud component is compatible with the SQL Server version of your package.
To check your SQL Server Version, navigate to Debug > YourProjectName > Debug Properties > Configuration Properties > General > Deployment Target Version > TargetServerVersion.
If the CData Salesforce Marketing Cloud component is compatible your SQL Server version, the component will appear in the SSIS Toolbox on the Data Flow tab.
