DownloadFile
Downloads a file.
Input
| Name | Type | Description |
| FileId | String | The Id of the file to be downloaded |
| FileLocation | String | The location where file is to be downloaded |
| Encoding | String | The FileData input encoding type.
The allowed values are NONE, BASE64. The default value is BASE64. |
Result Set Columns

| FileData | String | If the FileLocation and FileStream are not provided, this contains the content of the file. |
| Success | String | The result of the procedure. |
