GetOAuthAccessToken
Gets an authentication token from IBM Cloud. The connection property ApiKey must be specified when calling this stored procedure.

| OAuthRefreshToken | String | This output is deprecated due to deprecation of OAuth authscheme and will be removed in the next major version of the driver. The OAuth refresh token. This is the same as the access token in the case of IBM Cloud. |
| ExpiresIn | String | The remaining lifetime on the access token. A -1 denotes that it will not expire. |
