Insert
書き込み可能なカラムを指定して、Spots を作成します。
INSERT INTO Spots (Id, Name) VALUES ('id', 'Energy')
Update
Id を指定して、書き込み可能なSpots カラムを更新できます。

Delete
Id を指定して、Spots を削除します。
