Insert
書き込み可能なカラムを指定して、Release を作成します。

Update
Id を指定して、書き込み可能なRelease カラムを更新できます。
UPDATE Releases SET Status = 'Published' WHERE Id = 'Test123'
Delete
Id を指定して、Release を削除します。
