ScheduledReports

Create, update, delete, and query information on SuiteCRM scheduled reports.

Table Specific Information

Select

You can query the Scheduled Reports table using any criteria in the WHERE clause. The driver will use the SuiteCRM API to filter the results.

SELECT * FROM [Scheduled Reports] WHERE [Last Run] < '2014-11-15'

Insert

Create a Scheduled Report by specifying any writable column.

INSERT INTO [Scheduled Reports] (Name,LBL_AOR_REPORT_ID,Schedule) VALUES ('Monthly Earnings Reporting','ReportId91','ScheduleId20')

Update

You can update any Scheduled Report column that is writable, by specifying the Id.

UPDATE [Scheduled Reports] SET [Email Recipients] = 'emailaddress1,emailaddress2' WHERE Id = 'Test123' 

Delete

Remove a Scheduled Report by specifying the Id.

DELETE FROM [Scheduled Reports] WHERE Id = 10003

Description for the scheduled report

List of email addresses the schedule results will be sent to

Date of last run of the schedule

LBL_AOR_REPORT_ID String False

Report Id of the report that is generated

Reports String True

The name of the report being scheduled to run

ModifiedById String True

The Id of the user who last modified the record.

ModifiedByName String True

The name of the user who last modified the record.

Name String False

Name assigned to the schedule

Schedule String False

The schedule expressed in cron language

Status String False

Status of the schedule

The allowed values are Active, Inactive.
