CData JDBC-ODBC Bridge

Overview

The CData JDBC-ODBC Bridge allows you to access ODBC data sources from Java applications. Developers can build Java applications with connectivity to ODBC data sources using the familiar JDBC interfaces. Various ODBC standards such as ODBC 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, and 3.8 are known to be supported in the bridge. However, no universal version is supported and ODBC drivers must be tested individually.

The Using JDBC section shows some common programming idioms that will give you a quick preview of the JDBC API.
