Specify scope to obtain the initial access and refresh token.

By default the driver requests only the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar, but in some cases more scopes are required. For example, when downloading attachments with stored procedures the additional scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive is also required.
