CustomerManagerLink
Represents customer-manager link relationship.

| CustomerManagerLinkStatus | String | ATTRIBUTE | Status of the link between the customer and the manager.
The allowed values are ACTIVE, CANCELED, INACTIVE, PENDING, REFUSED, UNKNOWN. |
