The Data Model has two parts: Tables and Views.

Tables

Tables allow access to the data from the data source. The QuickBooks Point of Sale Adapter models the data from the data source in tables so that it can be easily queried and updated.

Views

Views are tables that cannot be modified. Typically, read-only data are shown as views.
