SSIS Components for NetSuite

Build 26.0.9770

UseChunkedMetadata

Specifies whether the driver uses a chunked metadata query strategy to avoid server-side timeouts on very large tables.

Data Type

bool

Default Value

false

Remarks

By default, the NetSuite component issues a single MIN/MAX/COUNT aggregation query across the entire table to determine pagination bounds before returning results. For tables with very large row counts, NetSuite enforces a server-side 6-minute timeout that can terminate this aggregation query before it completes.

  • When set to false (the default), the component uses a single full-table aggregation to determine metadata bounds. This is the standard approach for most tables.
  • When set to true, the component uses a chunked window strategy instead. Rather than a single aggregation, it issues a series of bounded 1,000,000-key-range window queries, accumulating results across all windows before generating page tokens. This prevents any individual aggregation from running long enough to trigger NetSuite's server-side timeout.

Enable this property only for tables known to have very large row counts (roughly 50 million rows or more) where the standard metadata aggregation exceeds NetSuite's server-side 6-minute timeout limit.
