Connecting to NetSuite
Establishing a Connection shows how to authenticate to NetSuite and configure any necessary connection properties. You can also configure provider capabilities through the available Connection properties, from data modeling to firewall traversal. The Advanced Settings section shows how to set up more advanced configurations and troubleshoot connection errors.
Connecting from Visual Studio
The CData ADO.NET Provider for NetSuite provides a seamless integration with Microsoft Visual Studio. The provider is registered as an ADO.NET provider with Visual Studio, allowing for integration with visual designer tools, Server Explorer, and ADO.NET data source configuration wizards.
Visual Studio Version Support
The CData ADO.NET Provider for NetSuite supports Visual Studio versions 2012 and above.
.NET Version Support
The CData ADO.NET Provider for NetSuite supports .NET Framework 4.0 and above as well as .NET Standard 2.0.
NetSuite Version Support
We support all editions of NetSuite including Standard, CRM, and OneWorld. The provider leverages NetSuite Web services to enable you to access any entity in your NetSuite account in real time. The provider supports all versions of the SuiteTalk API. The provider models NetSuite entities, transactions, custom records, and lists in these APIs as bidirectional tables. Saved searches are modeled as read-only views. The provider also supports bulk inserts, updates, and deletes.
