Remarks

The issuer of the Java Web Token. This is typically either the Client Id or Email Address of the OAuth Application. Enter the value of the service account email address.

This is not required when using the GOOGLEJSON OAuthJWTCertType. Google JSON keys contain a copy of the issuer account.
