Data Type Mappings

The add-in maps types from the data source to the corresponding data type available in the schema. The table below documents these mappings, which apply to every schema the add-in exposes.

Number Fields

HubSpot reports all numeric fields using a single generic number type, so the add-in cannot infer the exact numeric type of a field. The schema in use determines how the add-in resolves this:

• In the HubSpot schema, number fields are always reported as double.
• In all other schemas, number fields are reported using the type set by NumberColumnMode, which defaults to decimal. Calculated rollup fields defined by HubSpot are an exception: these are always reported as string.
