Returns the history of changes made to ticket properties, useful for auditing ticket updates.

The PropertyName filter is required to retrieve data from this view. When querying TicketPropertiesHistory, filtering can be applied to columns marked as "Filterable." For these columns, the supported server-side operators are = and IN.
