Remarks

The server can log internal actions it performs when running queries. When this property is set, the server creates temporary in-memory audit tables to track the specified actions, including the timestamp, triggering query, and other relevant details.

By default, no audit modes are enabled, and the server does not log any audit information. To enable auditing, set this property to a comma-separated list of supported modes.

The following audit mode is currently available:

For example, to track Google BigQuery jobs started by the server, set this property to: start-jobs.

Use this property to gain visibility into internal operations for monitoring or troubleshooting.
