AddAttachments
Add attachment(s) to a message.
Input

| ContentBytes | String | False | False | Content of the attachment encoded to Base64. |
| Content | String | False | True | The content, provided as an InputStream, that is uploaded when LocalFile or ContentBytes is not specified. |
