UpdateItemTaxes
Updates the CatalogTax objects that apply to the targeted CatalogItems, without having to reupload the entire item. Enables or disables the tax associations for a set of items in a single request.

Execute
You need to provide the ItemIds to execute the stored procedure, along with at least one of TaxesToEnable or TaxesToDisable. Each parameter accepts a comma-separated list of IDs.

You can enable and disable taxes in the same request by supplying both TaxesToEnable and TaxesToDisable.
