Microsoft Project への接続

接続の確立は、CData Cloud にデータベースを作成するためのMicrosoft Project への認証方法と必要な接続プロパティの設定方法について示します。

CData Cloud サービスからデータにアクセス

利用可能な標準サービスを経由してMicrosoft Project からデータにアクセスする方法と、CData Cloud の管理については、CData Cloud ドキュメントで詳しく説明します。

接続の確立

Database タブで対応するアイコンを選択して、Microsoft Project に接続します。必須プロパティはSettings にリストされています。Advanced タブには、通常は必要ない接続プロパティが表示されます。

Microsoft Project への接続

Microsoft Project データソースに接続するには、以下の接続プロパティを設定します。

URL：有効なMicrosoft Project Web アプリのURL、例えばhttp://contoso.com/sites/pwa/。
Schema：ODataV1 またはODataV2（デフォルト）のいずれか。ODataV2 は完全なCRUD 操作に使用できますが、ODataV1 は、より詳細なデータを提供しカスタムフィールドを公開するため、レポート作成に適しています。各Schema で使用可能な機能については、データモデルを参照してください。
ProjectId（オプション）：Schema がODataV2 の場合、このプロパティを使用して、プロジェクトId を必要とするすべての操作にデフォルトのプロジェクトId を指定することができます。

Microsoft Project への認証

Microsoft Project への接続に使用できる認証方法は、SharePoint Online Cookie Service、ADFS、OAuth、SSO など、いくつかあります。サポートされているSSO ID プロバイダーは、Azure AD、OneLogin、およびOKTA です。

SharePoint Online Cookie Service

SharePoint Online でMicrosoft Project に接続するためにログインクレデンシャルを使用するには、AuthScheme をSharePointOnlineCookies に、User をユーザーログインに、Password をユーザーログインパスワードに設定します。

OAuth

すべてのMicrosoft Project OAuth フローでこの認証を有効にするには、カスタムOAuth アプリケーションを作成し、AuthScheme をOAuth に設定する必要があります。

OAuth アクセストークンの自動リフレッシュ：

Cloud がOAuth アクセストークンを自動的にリフレッシュするようにするには：

はじめてデータに接続する前に、次の接続パラメータを設定します。
- InitiateOAuth：REFRESH。
- OAuthClientId：アプリケーション設定のクライアントId。
- OAuthClientSecret：アプリケーション設定のクライアントシークレット。
- OAuthAccessToken：GetOAuthAccessToken によって返されたアクセストークン。
- OAuthSettingsLocation：Cloud がOAuth 値を保存する場所のパス。これは接続間で維持されます。
その後のデータ接続では、以下を設定します。
- InitiateOAuth
- OAuthSettingsLocation

OAuth アクセストークンの手動リフレッシュ：

OAuth アクセストークンを手動でリフレッシュするために必要な唯一の値は、OAuth リフレッシュトークンです。

ExpiresIn 期間（GetOAuthAccessToken が返す）が経過した後にOAuthAccessToken を手動でリフレッシュするには、RefreshOAuthAccessToken ストアドプロシージャを呼び出します。
次の接続プロパティを設定します。
- OAuthClientId：アプリケーション設定のクライアントId。
- OAuthClientSecret：アプリケーション設定のクライアントシークレット。
RefreshOAuthAccessToken を呼び出し、OAuthRefreshToken にGetOAuthAccessToken によって返されたOAuth リフレッシュトークンを設定します。
新しいトークンが取得できたら、OAuthAccessToken プロパティにRefreshOAuthAccessToken によって返された値を設定します。これで新規接続が開かれます。

OAuth リフレッシュトークンを保存し、OAuth アクセストークンの有効期限が切れた後に手動でリフレッシュできるようにします。

ADFS

ADFS に接続するには、AuthScheme をADFS に設定し、次のプロパティを設定します。

User：ADFS ユーザー。
Password：ADFS ユーザーのパスワード。
SSOLoginURL：SSO プロバイダーのログインURL。

接続文字列の例：

AuthScheme=ADFS;User=username;Password=password;SSOLoginURL='https://sts.company.com';

ADFS 統合

ADFS 統合フローでは、現在ログインしているWindows ユーザーの資格情報で接続します。 ADFS 統合フローを使用するには、User およびPassword を指定せず、それ以外の設定は上記のADFS ガイドと同じ手順を実行してください。

サポートされているSSO プロバイダー

Okta

Okta に接続するには、AuthScheme をOkta に設定し、次のプロパティを設定します。

User：Okta ユーザー。
Password：Okta ユーザーのパスワード。
SSOLoginURL：SSO プロバイダーのログインURL。

Okta クライアントリクエストコンテキストをオーバーライドする信頼されたアプリケーションまたはプロキシを使用する場合、またはMFA を設定している場合は、Okta を使用して認証するためにSSOProperties を組み合わせて使用する必要があります。必要に応じて、以下のいずれかを設定します。

APIToken：Okta クライアントリクエストコンテキストをオーバーライドする、信頼されたアプリケーションまたはプロキシ経由でユーザーを認証する場合、これを顧客がOkta 組織で作成したAPI Token に設定します。
MFAType：MFA フローを設定した場合、次の対応するタイプのいずれかに設定します：OktaVerify、Email、またはSMS。
MFAPassCode：MFA フローを設定した場合は、有効なパスコードに設定します。
これを空欄または無効な値に設定した場合、Cloud はユーザーのデバイスまたはE メールにワンタイムパスワードチャレンジを発行します。パスコードを受信後、取得したワンタイムパスワードをMFAPassCode 接続プロパティに設定する接続を再度開きます。
MFARememberDevice：デフォルトはTrue です。Okta は、MFA が必要な場合にデバイスを記憶させることをサポートします。設定された認証ポリシーに従ってデバイスの記憶が許可されている場合、Cloud はMFA 認証の有効期間を延長するデバイストークンを送信します。MFA を記憶させない場合は、この変数をFalse に設定してください。

接続文字列の例：

OneLogin

OneLogin に接続するには、AuthScheme をOneLogin に設定し、次のプロパティを設定します。

User：OneLogin ユーザー。
Password：OneLogin ユーザーのパスワード。

OneLogin への認証を行うには、次のSSOProperties を設定します。

OAuthClientId：Developers -> API Credentials -> Credential -> ClientId を選択して取得できるOAuthClientId。
OAuthClientSecret：Developers -> API Credentials -> Credential -> ClientSecret を選択して取得できるOAuthClientSecret。
Subdomain：SSO アプリケーションにアクセスするOneLogin ユーザーのサブドメイン。例えば、OneLogin URL がsplinkly.onelogin.com の場合、splinkly がサブドメインの値です。
AppId：SSO アプリケーションのId。
リージョン（オプション）：OneLogin アカウントで使用しているリージョン。有効な値はUS（デフォルト）またはEU です。

次の例の接続文字列はOneLogin への接続にAPI Key を使います：

Azure AD

Microsoft Entra ID（旧Azure Active Directory）を使用して認証するには、AuthScheme をAzureAD に設定します。この方法により、Cloud は委任されたOAuth アクセス許可を使用して、サインインしたユーザーの代わりにSharePoint Online からProject Web App（PWA）データにアクセスできます。

Azure ポータルでカスタムOAuth アプリケーションを作成し、リダイレクトURI および必要な委任されたアクセス許可を設定する必要があります。完全な設定方法については、カスタムEntra ID（Azure AD）アプリケーションの作成を参照してください。

アプリケーションを登録した後、以下の接続プロパティを設定します。

AuthScheme： AzureAD
InitiateOAuth： GETANDREFRESH
OAuthClientId：カスタムOAuth アプリケーションの登録時に割り当てられたクライアントId。
OAuthClientSecret：カスタムOAuth アプリケーションの登録時に割り当てられたクライアントシークレット。
URL：プロジェクトのWeb アプリのURL。
CallbackURL：（オプション）アプリケーションの登録時に定義されたリダイレクトURI。例：http://localhost:33333（または設定されたリダイレクトURI）。
AzureTenant：（オプション）ディレクトリ（テナント）ID

カスタムScope を設定しない場合、Cloud はURL に基づいてデフォルトのスコープを自動的に生成します。

SharePoint Add-in の作成（レガシーOAuth モデル）

Creating a Custom OAuth Application

For users who will authenticate via OAuth, you must create a custom OAuth application to deliver the required OAuth-specific credentials, then add the scope permissions required to access the Microsoft Project API.

Note: This topic describes the legacy SharePoint App-only registration flow that uses the AppRegNew and AppInv pages to create an OAuth application. This method applies only to older or on-premises Project Web App (PWA) environments that rely on the SharePoint Add-in model.

For most modern Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online environments, you should instead create your OAuth application in Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) through the Azure Portal. See Creating a Custom Entra ID (Azure AD) Application for current guidance.

Create the Application

Note: The tenant administrator must perform the following steps to create a custom OAuth application, as only they have the necessary permissions to access the required URLs.

Log into the Project Web App Site through your site's UI, or by entering your site's Create App link into your browser: https://{site}.sharepoint.com/sites/{Project_Web_App_Site}/_layouts/15/appregnew.aspx.
Fill in the required fields. When specifying the application's Callback URL (a website page where you want users to land after they grant permission to your custom OAuth application), do one of the following:
- Specify a secure URL for the page (should begin with https://).
  OR
- Specify https://oauth.cdata.com/oauth/ as the callback URL, then add an extra state connection property that contains the actual redirect callback.
Record the ClientID and ClientSecret for later use.

Add Scope Permissions

In order to access the Microsoft Project API, you must give the new OAuth application scope permissions.

Log in at https://{site}.sharepoint.com/sites/{Project_Web_App_Site}/_layouts/15/AppInv.aspx.
In the App Id field, enter the ClientID you obtained when creating the application.
Click Lookup. The other fields should automatically populate with application details like Title, App Domain and Redirect URL.

To specify the default permissions needed for full API access, enter the following text in the permissions request XML box:

  </AppPermissionRequests>

Note: The logged in user should also have the appropriate permissions to access the API.

Granting User Access to Web Services

There are two different ways to give users access to web services, depending on whether your Project Web Applicat (PWA) is in Project permission mode or SharePoint permission mode.

Project Permission Mode

If your PWA is in Project Permission mode, you can grant users access to Web Services by editing their global permissions. For each user you want to add, do the following:

Open the PWA's PWA Settings page.
In the Security section, click Manage Users.
Find the user name of the interested user. Click their name. The PWA displays an Edit User box.
Expand the Global Permissions section.
Under Access Project Server Reporting Service, check Allow.

SharePoint Permission Mode

If your PWA is in SharePoint permission mode, you can grant user access to Web Services by adding them to one of four Security Groups that have at least "Access Project Server Reporting Service" access. For each user you want to add, do the following:

Open the PWA's PWA Settings page.
In the Security section, click Manage Users.
Find the user name of the interested user. Click their name. The PWA displays an Edit User box.
Under the Security Groups section, select one of the groups with the required access permissions, such as Portfolio Viewers, Portfolio Managers, and Administrators.
To add the user, click > .

CSOM 非推奨事項

There have been some changes made to the Cloud in the 2020 edition that should be taken into consideration.

CSOM Support Discontinued

Prior to the 2020 edition of the Cloud, connections to Microsoft Project using both the CSOM and OData interface were supported, which lead to difficulties in maintaining the two schemas concurrently.

By removing support for the CSOM, connections to Microsoft Project are streamlined due to the lack of special connection properties made specifically for each schema. Also, the OData interface can now perform all of the same CRUD operations that the CSOM is capable of. Lastly, the CSOM is poorly documented and more error-prone than OData.

For these reasons, the decision was made to deprecate support for the CSOM in favor of exclusively supporting the OData interface.

SSL の設定

SSL 設定のカスタマイズ

TLS を有効化するには、以下を設定します。

URL：接続文字列の前にhttps:// を付加します。

この設定により、Cloud はサーバーとのTLS ネゴシエーションを試みます。サーバー証明書は、デフォルトのシステム信頼済み証明書ストアで検証されます。SSLServerCert 接続プロパティを使用して、証明書の検証方法をオーバーライドできます。

別の証明書を指定するには、SSLServerCert 接続プロパティを参照してください。

ファイアウォールとプロキシ

Firewall またはProxy 経由の接続

HTTP プロキシ

HTTP プロキシへの認証には、以下のように設定します。

ProxyServer：HTTP トラフィックをルートするプロキシサーバーのホストネームもしくはIP アドレス。
ProxyPort：プロキシサーバーが起動しているTCP ポート。
ProxyAuthScheme：プロキシサーバーに対して認証する際にCloud が使用する認証方法。
ProxyUser：プロキシサーバーに登録されているユーザーアカウントのユーザー名。
ProxyPassword：ProxyUser に紐付けられたパスワード。

その他のプロキシ

次のプロパティを設定します。

プロキシベースのファイヤーウォールを使用するには、FirewallType、FirewallServer、およびFirewallPort を設定します。
接続をトンネルするには、FirewallType をTUNNEL に設定します。
認証するには、FirewallUser とFirewallPassword を設定します。
SOCKS プロキシへの認証には、さらにFirewallType をSOCKS5 に設定します。

データモデル

概要

CData Cloud はMicrosoft Project オブジェクトをリレーショナルテーブルおよびビューとしてモデル化します。Microsoft Project オブジェクトは、テーブル内の他のオブジェクトとリレーションを持ちます。これらのリレーションは外部キーを使用して表されます。

ODataV2 スキーマへの接続

ODataV2 Data Model

The ODataV2 schema implements the ProjectServer service endpoints, which has support for full CRUD operations.

Tables

テーブル are retrieved dynamically from the authenticated Microsoft Project account.

Views

Read-only ビュー are retrieved dynamically from the authenticated Microsoft Project account.

Stored Procedures

ストアドプロシージャ are function-like interfaces to Microsoft Project. Stored procedures allow you to execute operations to Microsoft Project.

ODataV2 advantages compared to ODataV1

Supports write operations (INSERT, UPDATE and DELETE) on the exposed tables.

ODataV2 limitations

In order to query some tables and views, such as DraftAssignments, DraftProjectResources, DraftTaskLinks and DraftTasks, the ProjectId must be specified either in the query's WHERE clause criteria or via the ProjectId connection property.
The custom fields are not exposed.

b) Subject to the terms of this Agreement, each Contributor hereby grants Recipient a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free patent license under Licensed Patents to make, use, sell, offer to sell, import and otherwise transfer the Contribution of such Contributor, if any, in source code and object code form. This patent license shall apply to the combination of the Contribution and the Program if, at the time the Contribution is added by the Contributor, such addition of the Contribution causes such combination to be covered by the Licensed Patents. The patent license shall not apply to any other combinations which include the Contribution. No hardware per se is licensed hereunder.

i) effectively disclaims on behalf of all Contributors all warranties and conditions, express and implied, including warranties or conditions of title and non-infringement, and implied warranties or conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose;

ii) effectively excludes on behalf of all Contributors all liability for damages, including direct, indirect, special, incidental and consequential damages, such as lost profits;

iii) states that any provisions which differ from this Agreement are offered by that Contributor alone and not by any other party; and

iv) states that source code for the Program is available from such Contributor, and informs licensees how to obtain it in a reasonable manner on or through a medium customarily used for software exchange.

When the Program is made available in source code form:

a) it must be made available under this Agreement; and

b) a copy of this Agreement must be included with each copy of the Program.

Contributors may not remove or alter any copyright notices contained within the Program.

Each Contributor must identify itself as the originator of its Contribution, if any, in a manner that reasonably allows subsequent Recipients to identify the originator of the Contribution.

4. COMMERCIAL DISTRIBUTION

7. GENERAL

If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the terms of this Agreement, and without further action by the parties hereto, such provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make such provision valid and enforceable.

If Recipient institutes patent litigation against a Contributor with respect to a patent applicable to software (including a cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit), then any patent licenses granted by that Contributor to such Recipient under this Agreement shall terminate as of the date such litigation is filed. In addition, if Recipient institutes patent litigation against any entity (including a cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Program itself (excluding combinations of the Program with other software or hardware) infringes such Recipient's patent(s), then such Recipient's rights granted under Section 2(b) shall terminate as of the date such litigation is filed.

All Recipient's rights under this Agreement shall terminate if it fails to comply with any of the material terms or conditions of this Agreement and does not cure such failure in a reasonable period of time after becoming aware of such noncompliance. If all Recipient's rights under this Agreement terminate, Recipient agrees to cease use and distribution of the Program as soon as reasonably practicable. However, Recipient's obligations under this Agreement and any licenses granted by Recipient relating to the Program shall continue and survive.

Everyone is permitted to copy and distribute copies of this Agreement, but in order to avoid inconsistency the Agreement is copyrighted and may only be modified in the following manner. The Agreement Steward reserves the right to publish new versions (including revisions) of this Agreement from time to time. No one other than the Agreement Steward has the right to modify this Agreement. IBM is the initial Agreement Steward. IBM may assign the responsibility to serve as the Agreement Steward to a suitable separate entity. Each new version of the Agreement will be given a distinguishing version number. The Program (including Contributions) may always be distributed subject to the version of the Agreement under which it was received. In addition, after a new version of the Agreement is published, Contributor may elect to distribute the Program (including its Contributions) under the new version. Except as expressly stated in Sections 2(a) and 2(b) above, Recipient receives no rights or licenses to the intellectual property of any Contributor under this Agreement, whether expressly, by implication, estoppel or otherwise.
