The CData ODBC Driver for Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a standards-based ODBC driver with editions for Windows and Linux operating systems. The following sections show how to create an ODBC data source and query data.

Creating a DSN on Your Platform

Microsoft Dynamics NAV Version Support

The driver supports read/write access to Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013+ through OData Web services. To access data through the API, you will need to publish the pages you want to work with as Web services: In the Web or Windows Dynamics NAV client, search for 'Web services.' To add a page to the list of the pages exposed, select the Object Type and Object Id.
