SubaccountPause
Pauses a subaccount's sending through the Transactional API. Any messages submitted for a paused subaccount will be queued until it is resumed.
Stored Procedure-Specific Information
To pause a subaccount, you must specify the Id. For example:

| SentMonthly | Integer | The number of emails the subaccount has sent so far this month. |
| SentTotal | Integer | The number of emails the subaccount has sent since it was created. |
| CustomQuota | Integer | The optional manual hourly quota for the subaccount, if one has been set. |
