Returns signup forms associated with a list.

The connector uses the Mailchimp API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following column and operator. The rest of the filter is executed client-side within the connector.

Insert
The ListId column is required for INSERT operations. In addition to ListId, you must specify at least one of the Header_* columns, the Contents column, or the Styles column. The remaining Header_ImageUrl, Header_Text, Header_ImageWidth, Header_ImageHeight, Header_ImageAlt, Header_ImageLink, Header_ImageAlign, Header_ImageBorderWidth, Header_ImageBorderStyle, Header_ImageBorderColor, Header_ImageTarget, Contents, and Styles columns are optional and insertable.
