connector では、アイテムの更新もしくは削除にはFolderChangeKey が必要です。ただし、FolderChangeKey が不明な場合には、connector は自動的にExchange サーバーからこれを取得することができます。 これはクエリ実行にかかる時間を増加させることに注意してください。
