The VoiceInsightsSettings view exposes the Voice Insights monitoring configuration for an account. It allows you to query and update whether Advanced Features and Voice Trace are enabled.
SELECT
No filters are required to query VoiceInsightsSettings. The view returns the current settings for the authenticated account.
SELECT * FROM VoiceInsightsSettings
UPDATE
You can update the following columns: AdvancedFeatures and VoiceTrace. Specify AccountSid in the WHERE clause to identify the account.
