Create, update, delete, and query SMS and MMS Messages in Twilio.

Table-Specific Information

SELECT

The connector uses the Twilio API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following columns and operators. The rest of the filter is executed client-side within the connector.

INSERT

To add a Message, specify Body, MediaUrl, or both, and To. At least one of the following conditional parameters must also be included: MessagingServiceSid or Sender.

Note: Up to 10 MediaUrl can be added per message as comma-separated-values.

UPDATE

To update a Message record, the Body column must be empty.

UPDATE Messages SET Body = "" WHERE Sid = 'M1233455'

DELETE

Messages cannot be deleted if the status is sending.
DELETE FROM Messages WHERE Sid = 'M123456789'

NumSegments Integer True

The number of segments that make up the message.

NumMedia Integer True

The number of media files associated with the message. The maximum is 10.

Direction String True

The direction of the message. One of the following values: inbound, outbound-api, outbound-call, or outbound-reply.

The allowed values are inbound, outbound-api, outbound-call, outbound-reply.

ApiVersion String True

The API version of the message.

Price Decimal True

The price of the message.

PriceUnit String True

The currency of the message.

ErrorCode String True

The error code of the message.

ErrorMessage String True

The error message.

Uri String True

The URI of the message.

SubresourceUris String True

The subresources available for the given message.

StatusCallback String False

The URL Twilio will POST MessageSid and MessageStatus to when the message status changes.

The SID of the application that should receive message updates.

ProvideFeedback Boolean False

Indicates whether feedback was provided for this message.

Attempt Integer False

The attempt number of sending the message.

ValidityPeriod Integer False

The amount of time in seconds that the message can remain in a Twilio queue.

ForceDelivery Boolean False

Indicates whether the message should be sent using force delivery.

AddressRetention String False

Specifies how to handle the addresses of the message. One of: retain or obfuscate.

The allowed values are retain, obfuscate.

SmartEncoded Boolean False

Indicates whether to automatically detect unicode characters and switch to UCS-2 encoding.

PersistentAction String False

Rich actions for non-SMS/MMS channels. Possible action types are reply, call, and url.

Identifies the message traffic type for messages sent via the Messaging Service.

Indicates whether to detect and shorten URLs in the message.

Specifies the scheduling type for the message. Allowed value: fixed.

The allowed values are fixed.

The time that Twilio will send the message. Must be in ISO 8601 format.

Indicates whether to send the message as MMS.

Key-value pairs of variable names to substitution values used with a content template.

Enables or disables filtering of messages with potential high-risk content. One of: enable or disable.
