Represents verified phone numbers that can be used as a caller Id when making outgoing calls.

SELECT
The driver uses the Twilio API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following columns and operators. The rest of the filter is executed client-side within the driver.

To add an OutgoingCallerId, use the AddOutgoingCallerIds stored procedure.

Twilio allows the Name column to be updated.
