Stored Procedures
Stored procedures are function-like interfaces that extend the functionality of the driver beyond simple SELECT/INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE operations with Twilio.
Stored procedures accept a list of parameters, perform their intended function, and then return any relevant response data from Twilio, along with an indication of whether the procedure succeeded or failed.

| AddOutgoingCallerIds | Adds a new CallerId to your account. |
| AddParticipants | Adds a Participant to a Conference. |
| AddRecording | Starts a new recording on a live call. |
| DownloadMedia | Downloads a media file attached to a Twilio message. Returns the file content as Base64, writes it to a local path, or streams it to an output stream. |
| GenerateOutboundPhoneNumberReport | Generates a Voice Insights Outbound Phone Number Report and returns the report identifier. The report aggregates Voice Insights metrics for outbound calls, defaulting to the last 7 days when no time range is provided. The returned ReportId can be used with the OutboundPhoneNumberReport view to fetch the report data. Reports are available for 5 days after creation. |
