SearchEverything
Searches everything in the Smartsheet instance accessible to the user for data matching the specified text.
Stored Procedure-Specific Information
To execute this procedure, enter:EXEC SearchEverything Query='search text'
Input

| Query | String | True | The text to search for across all the Smartsheet instance. Newly created or recently updated data may not be immediately discoverable via search. |
| ModifiedSince | String | False | Limits the search results to items modified on or after this date. Use ISO 8601 format (for example, '2025-01-15T00:00:00Z'). |
Result Set Columns

| Text | String | The text snippet matching the search query. To match the exact text, wrap the query in double-quotes. |
| ObjectType | String | The type of the matching object. Possible values are 'row', 'sheet', 'report', 'folder', 'workspace', 'sight', 'discussion', 'attachment', 'summaryField', and 'template'. |
| ObjectId | String | The unique identifier of the matching object. |
| ParentObjectType | String | The type of the parent object of the matching object. |
| ParentObjectId | String | The unique identifier of the parent object of the matching object. |
| ParentObjectName | String | The name of the parent object of the matching object. |
| ContextData | String | Additional context about the match. |
