Excel Add-In for Stripe

Build 26.0.9770

Getting Started

Connecting to Stripe

Establishing a Connection shows how to authenticate to Stripe and configure any necessary connection properties. You can create a connection profile by clicking Get Data and selecting From Stripe on the CData ribbon.

Advanced Configurations

You can also configure add-in capabilities through the available Connection properties, from data modeling to firewall traversal. The Advanced Features section shows how to set up more advanced add-in configurations and troubleshoot connection errors.

Configuring a Connection Profile

You can configure access control in a connection profile by defining the operations allowed against Stripe data and store the profile in the workbook to make the workbook easy to share. See Managing Connections for more configuration options for connection profiles.

Connecting from Excel

The add-in adds controls to the Excel ribbon, standard Excel formulas, and VBA classes for writing macros.

Stripe Version Support

The add-in exposes the Stripe v1 and v2 namespaces. The Stripe Data Model targets the v1 namespace (API version 2025-02-24.acacia) and the StripeV2 Data Model targets the v2 namespace (API version 2025-04-30.basil). The Dahlia Data Model supports API version 2026-04-22.dahlia and can access either the v1 or v2 namespace.
