Creates, updates, deletes, and queries values in a list.

Select
The driver uses the Stripe API to filter the results by the following columns and operators while the rest of the filter is executed client-side within the driver.
- Id supports the following operator: =.
- Alias supports the following operator: =.
- Created supports the following operator: >, >=, <, <=, =.
- AccountId supports the following operator: =.
You can select from the ValueLists table with the following queries:

Insert
To create a value list:
INSERT INTO ValueLists (Alias, ItemType, Name) values ('customer_email_li', 'email', 'Customer Email List')
Update
To modify a value list, specify the list Id:
UPDATE ValueLists SET Alias ='customer_email_list' WHERE Id='123124'
Delete
To delete a value list, specify the list Id:
DELETE FROM ValueLists WHERE Id='123124'
