Connecting to ServiceNow

Python Version Support

The CData Python Connector for ServiceNow can be installed and used in various Python 3.8, 3.9, 3.10, and 3.11 distributions.

ServiceNow Version Support

The connector models ServiceNow APIs as bidirectional tables. The SOAP API is used to dynamically resolve the metadata from ServiceNow, regardless of the platform version. The REST API is then used to work with data.
