To generate the PAT, log in to your Atlassian account, then go to your profile by selecting the profile picture in the top right corner of the screen, navigate to Profile > Personal Access Tokens > Create token.

Since the PAT is a sensitive piece of data, it should be stored securely and should not be exposed in unsecured environments.
