The driver uses the Jira API to process filters based on the WorkflowSchemeId column. The driver processes all other filters client-side.

If WorkflowSchemeId is not specified, the driver automatically queries the WorkflowSchemes table to retrieve the WorkflowSchemeId values. This may result in increased query times.

For example, the following queries are processed server-side:

SELECT * FROM WorkflowSchemeProjects WHERE WorkflowSchemeId = 10418;
