CreateIssueSchema
Generates a schema file for the Issues table, including the custom fields configured in your Jira instance.
Input

| FileStream | String | False | True | A stream object to which the schema file data will be written. Used only when FileName is not specified. |
Result Set Columns

| Result | String | Indicates whether the schema generation was successful. Returns 'Success' or 'Failure'. |
| FileData | String | The content of the generated schema file, encoded in Base64. This is returned only when neither FileName nor FileStream is specified. |
