Query the available Watchers in Jira.

本製品 は、Jira API を使用してIssueId またはIssueKey に基づいてフィルタを処理します。結果を取得するためには、いずれか1つが必要です。IssueId およびIssueKey は、イコール演算子(=) でのみ使用できます。
本製品 は、他のフィルタをクライアント側で内部で実行します。
例えば、次のクエリはサーバー側で処理されます。
