このテーブルはEmail によるフィルタのみをサポートしています。唯一可能なSELECT クエリは次のとおりです。

Delete
Delete from Spam
Email を指定することでSpam から削除できます。
DELETE FROM Spam WHERE Email = '[email protected]'
