The CData ODBC Driver for Parquet is a standards-based ODBC driver with editions for Windows and Unix-based operating systems, like macOS and Linux. The following sections show how to create an ODBC data source and query data.

Creating a DSN on Your Platform

Parquet Version Support

The driver leverages the Apache Parquet API V2.0. The driver supports following compression encodings when parsing Parquet files: Gzip, Snappy, uncompressed.
