The CData ODBC Driver for Act! CRM is a standards-based ODBC driver with editions for Windows and Unix-based operating systems, like macOS and Linux. The following sections show how to create an ODBC data source and query data.

Creating a DSN on Your Platform

The following guides show how to use the standard tools to configure data source names (DSN).

Act! CRM Version Support

The driver models Act! Premium on-premises and Act! Premium Cloud accounts as relational databases, surfacing Contacts, Activities, Opportunities, and other objects as database tables. Act! Premium for Desktop is also supported; however, a subscription is required to use the API.
