Inner Join

An inner join selects only rows from both tables that match the join condition:

SELECT n.Note, c.InternalId FROM Note n, Customer c WHERE n.Entity_InternalId = c.InternalId

Left Join

A left join selects all rows in the FROM table and only matching rows in the JOIN table:

SELECT n.Note, c.InternalId FROM Customer c LEFT JOIN Note n ON n.Entity_InternalId = c.InternalId
