The CData ODBC Driver for Microsoft Access is a standards-based ODBC driver with editions for Windows and Unix-based operating systems, like macOS and Linux. The following sections show how to create an ODBC data source and query data.

Creating a DSN on Your Platform

Microsoft Access Version Support

The driver connects to Microsoft Access Database files stored locally on disk. Supported filetypes include Microsoft Access 1997 (.mdb, r/o), Access 2000 (.mdb), Access 2003 (.mdb), Access 2007 (.accdb), Access 2010 (.accdb), and Access 2013 (.accdb) database files.
